October 19, 1987 BIR RULING NO. 321-87 30-h 258-87 321-87 Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated October 5, 1987, please be informed that the proceeds to be derived by your church choir, National Unida Choir, in connection with the fund-raising concert which you will sponsor on December 16, 1987 at the Rizal Theatre, for the Unida Church Workers Sickness Benefit Fund are not subject to income and business taxes.
