Giron President & Manager Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated August 25, 1982, please be informed that since the New Rural Bank of Bacoor (Cavite) Inc., is partially taxable to the extent of 33.33%, it is only liable to 33.33% of the P2,000.00 fixed tax imposed in Section 192-3-gg of the Tax Code of 1977, as amended, or the amount of P666.66. aisadc Very truly yours, RUBEN B.
