Mother Superior Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated September 15, 1982, please be informed that the proceeds to be derived by you from the benefit show entitled "The Making Of A Dancer" to be held at the Manila Mandarin Hotel, on October 23, 1982, to be used exclusively for the benefit of the children under your care, are not subject to income and business taxes.
