May 27, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 298-58 The Director Cultural Foundation of the Philippines 1105 Florida, Manila S i r : In connection with the photographic exhibition, entitled "Family of Man", to be presented by the Manila Times Publishing Co., Inc., I have the honor to inform you that the exhibition is considered an 'art exhibition' and, therefore, exempt from the amusement tax, pursuant to Republic Act No. 722.
