November 10, 1982 BIR RULING NO. 281-82 123 (a) 000-00 281-82 Kabataang Barangay Office of the President Gate 3, Fort Bonifacio Makati, Metro Manila Attention: Miss Imee Marcos President Gentlemen : This refers to your letter dated March 31, 1982 requesting exemption from the payment of donor's gift tax of the donation made by the Planter's Products, Inc. in favor of the Kabataang Barangay Agricultural Training Center in Mt. Samat, Pilar, Bataan. In reply, I have the honor to inform you that your request is hereby granted. As the Kabataang Barangay is an entity created directly under the Office of the President, with attributes and powers of a corporation to ensure the enthusiastic continuing participation of the Filipino youth in the affairs of the nation, pursuant to P.D.
