May 5, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 250-58 Philippine Manufacturing Company San Luis, Ermita, Manila Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated April 22, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that essential oils, regardless of the destination thereof, are subject to 50% sales tax.
