August 9, 1961 BIR RULING NO. 244-61 The Administrator Social Welfare Administration Manila M a d a m : With reference to your letter of the 2nd instant, which was referred to this Office by the Undersecretary of Finance, I have the honor to inform you that the proposed form submitted therewith for use in connection with the purchase by that agency of gasoline, oils, spare parts and other lubricants in accordance with the exemption provisions of Republic Act No. 3100 is, as modified by this Office, in order.
