April 15, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 241-59 The British Traders' Insurance Company, Ltd. P. O. Box 427, Manila Gentlemen : In connection with your request for permission to enter certain transactions in your books of accounts beyond the required period prescribed by the Bookkeeping Regulations, I have the honor to inform you that this Office cannot extend the period within which to enter transactions in the books of accounts beyond that prescribed by the Regulations.
