April 17, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 232-58 Mr. Romarico T. Agbisit Attorney-at-Law Gattaran, Cagayan S i r : In reply to your letter dated March 24, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that the first shipment of Republic documentary stamps was received by this Office on July 29, 1947.
