July 18, 1961 BIR RULING NO. 227-61 The Chairman Bayanihan Folk Arts Association, Inc. Manila S i r : With reference to your letter dated July 12, 1961, I have the honor to inform you that the special preview performance to be held by the Association at the Rizal Theater on August 1-3, 1961 shall be exempt from the amusement tax, pursuant to Republic Act No. 722.
