Reganit Personnel Manager Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated January 12, 1982, I have the honor to inform you that, if as represented, you have already paid the advance sales taxes on your importations of drugs and other items that are sold to Botika Sa Kadiwa Operations (FTI), a government entity, your money payments from it are not subject to the withholding provisions of Republic Act No. 1051.
