April 21, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 214-60 Mr. Simeon M. Antonio 794 Extremadura Street Sampaloc, Manila S i r : You have inquired what books of accounts you should keep if you will engage in the business of manufacturing garments and your "expected . . . sales will not exceed . . . P5,000.00 a quarter." In reply, please be informed that under the above circumstances, you may use the "Simplified Set of Bookkeeping Records" as defined in Revenue Regulations No. V-43.
