September 23, 1986 BIR RULING NO. 194-86 30-h 111-86 194-86 Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated September 18, 1986, I have the honor to inform you that the proceeds to be derived by the U.P. Aguman, a service oriented organization composed of Pampango speaking students of the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, in connection with the showing of the benefit show entitled "Let's Hear It From The Boys" on September 20, 1986 at 7:30 O'clock in the evening at the Holy Angel University gymnasium, the proceeds of which shall be given to poor deserving students of Pampanga are not subject to income and business taxes.
