Cruz M a n i l a M a d a m : In reply to your letter dated April 28, 1960, I have the honor to inform you that imported radio receiving sets which are not for resale, are subject to the compensating tax of 7% based on the landed cost prescribed by section 190 in relation to section 186, both of the Tax Code. cdll Very truly yours, (SGD.)
