Fucio Commercial Bank and Trust Company Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated April 18, 1961, I have the honor to inform you that pursuant to Section 347 of the Tax Code, this Office cannot furnish you with said BIR Ruling No. 23, Series of 1960 as the same is issued to a specific taxpayer who may not want to reveal any information about his trade or business.
