May 12, 1961 BIR RULING NO. 159-61 The Special Assistant to the Governor Central Bank of the Philippines Manila M a d a m : With reference to your letter dated April 28, 1961, requesting for copies of the export certificates issued by this Office from time to time, I have the honor to inform you that as said certificates contain information regarding the business of taxpayers, copies thereof cannot be furnished without violating the prohibition contained in Section 347 of the National Internal Revenue Code.
