March 4, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 150-58 The City Treasurer Quezon City In connection with the request contained in the letter dated March 3, 1958 of the Treasurer of the Philippines for the issuance of a certified true copy of Residence Certificate No. A-4653045 dated January 30, 1957, allegedly issued by that office in favor of Mr. Patricio S. Alunde, you are informed that a certified true copy of the same may be issued without violating the provisions of Section 347 of the National Internal Revenue Code since such certificate does not disclose the income nor any confidential information regarding the business of the taxpayer. cdpr Very truly yours, (SGD.)
