Javier #733 Ongpin Street M a n i l a S i r : In reply to your letter dated May 23, 1962, I have the honor to inform you that a wholesale dealer of glass plates in standard sizes is not required to provide himself with a line or measure instrument, but if he uses one in connection with such business, the some should be duly sealed.
