March 10, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 119-60 Mrs. Gregoria Cruz-Arnaldo Assistant Insurance Commissioner Office of the Insurance Commissioner M a n i l a M a d a m : In reply to your letter dated February 8, 1960, I have the honor to inform you that the "Statement of Premiums On Business Done In the Philippines" a sample of which is attached to your letter, is subject to the 30-centavos documentary stamp tax prescribed in section 225 of the National Internal Revenue Code.
