March 5, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 118-59 Mr. Juan Sulayao 2138 Legarda, Sampaloc Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated March 4, 1959, requesting information as to the liability of the Coronet Incorporated in connection with the printing of the "China Weekly Bulletin", and the "Korean Survey", for the Chinese and the Korean Embassies, respectively, I have the honor to inform you that the company is subject to the 3% contractor's tax under Section 191 of the National Internal Revenue Code on its gross receipts from the printing of said bulletins.
