Barangan San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte S i r : In reply to your letter dated February 10, 1961, I have the honor to inform you that the disability retirement pension paid to a resident beneficiary by the United States Veterans Administration is exempt from taxation, pursuant to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 360.
