February 25, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 117-59 The Victory Business Agency 2nd Floor, The Remnants Center Bldg., 823 Juan Luna Street, Manila Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated November 22, 1958, I have the honor to inform you that plastic wallets manufactured by your client, a sample of which was attached thereto, are subject to the 30% sales tax prescribed in Section 185(a) of the National Internal Revenue Code.
