February 24, 1959 BIR RULING NO. 105-59 Mr. Mariano G. Castelo Amigo Manufacturing, Inc. 333 Nueva St., Manila S i r : With reference to your letter dated February 17, 1959, I have the honor to inform you that nylon socks or hosieries are subject to 7% sales tax.
