August 28, 1965 BIR RULING NO. 099-65 Mr. Conrado M. Alabastro Certified Public Accountant R 509 Pacific Building Rosario, Manila S i r : In reply to your letter dated August 12, 1964, I have the honor to inform you that producers-exporters of logs are not subject to the graduated fixed annual (C-13) tax. Their C-14 privilege tax-receipt covers both their local and export sales. All previous rulings inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded. Very truly yours, (SGD.) BENJAMIN N.
