July 11, 1962 BIR RULING NO. 080-62 The Executive Vice President Arguelles & Co., Inc. 379-D Callejon Matienza San Miguel, Manila S i r : In answer to your letter dated May 3, 1962, I have the honor to inform you that, insofar as internal revenue laws and regulations are concerned, no tax is due for putting up our own billboards in strategic places of the country for the purpose of advertising your own products, the Royale Nectare Beer.
