February 2, 1960 BIR RULING NO. 064-60 Zodiac Pharmaceutical Co., Inc. 587 Highway 54 Quezon City Gentlemen : In connection with your shipment of 100 kilos of sodium saccharin, I have the honor to inform you that said shipment is subject to specific tax at P75.00 per kilo, pursuant to Section 148 of the Tax Code.
