February 29, 1988 BIR RULING NO. 060-88 100 (a) 000-00 060-88 Gentlemen : In reply to your letter dated February 3, 1988, please be informed that veterinary drugs, biologicals, vitamins and disinfectants are subject to the 10% value-added tax pursuant to Section 100(a) of the Tax Code as amended by Executive Order No. 273. cdtech May we, therefore, suggest that you submit your proposal to include said products in Section 103(c) of the Tax Code to Congress for proper disposition.
