March 2, 1961 BIR RULING NO. 058-61 In answer to your letter dated . . ., requesting information as to the taxability of an imported Inspection Car "Kalamazoo" Model 388-F which you will use in your sugar central, I have the honor to inform you that same is subject to the 7% compensating tax under Section 190 in relation with Section 186 of the National Internal Revenue Code.
