January 17, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 056-58 3rd Indorsement Respectfully returned to the Honorable, the Secretary of Finance, thru the Commissioner of Customs, Manila. The request of the British Embassy for exemption from the payment of internal revenue taxes on the aviation gasoline used in the Air Attache's aircraft can be granted on the basis of reciprocity.
