Cua 1663 Nebraska St. Manila S i r : With reference to your letter dated April 7, 1964, I have the honor to inform you that the A-1 Mosquito Repellant, a non-alcoholic liquid preparation as analyzed by the laboratory of this Office, is subject to 7% sales tax prescribed by Section 186 of the National Internal Revenue Code.
