January 27, 1958 BIR RULING NO. 046-58 2nd Indorsement Returned to the Regional Director, BIR Regional District No. 3, Manila. This Office had already ruled that nurses are liable to P50.00 tax for the year 1956. Similar rule should be applied to hostesses. aisadc He is, therefore, advised to take action accordingly. (SGD.)
