Anita B . Ancheta of Carriedo St . , San Juan, Metro Manila pursuant to CAR No . 199900039501 issued by RDO No . 42, San Juan, Metro Manila This refers to the application for registration of certain real property located at Iba, Zambales by Ms. Anita B. Ancheta with Registry of Deeds for Iba, Zambales. It appears that RDO No. 42, San Juan, Metro Manila through Revenue District Officer Rosemarie Ramos-Ragasa, has already issued the corresponding Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) with Serial No. 199900047030 but which the concerned Register of Deeds nevertheless denied the registration of the property involved on the ground that the CAR form serial number is not allocated to RDO 18, Olongapo City, and that the signatory thereof is not the person certified to by the Regional Director, Revenue Region Office No. 4, as having authority to sign CAR forms. In view of the above, you are hereby directed to verify the authenticity of the said CAR and thereafter to indorse the same to the Register of Deeds for Iba, Zambales as to effect the registration if the same is the only document lacking.
