May 3, 1965 BIR RULING NO. 031-65 Mr. Bernardo Maullon Barrio Lucban, Balayan Batangas S i r : In reply to your letter dated February 27, 1964, I have the honor to inform you that under Section 334 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as implemented by Revenue Regulations No. V-13, all corporations, companies, partnerships, or persons whose gross quarterly sales, earnings, receipts, or output do not exceed P5,000.00 are required to attach to their income tax returns two copies of their statement of net worth and operations. Accordingly, you should have accompanied your income tax return for 1963 with two copies of your statement of net worth and operations, your total earnings in 1963 being only P2,582.11. casia Very truly yours, (SGD.)
