April 27, 1965 BIR RULING NO. 029-65 2nd Indorsement Returned to the Acting Revenue Operations Head (Specific Tax), the papers bearing on the request of Esso Standard Easter, Inc. to borrow aviation gasoline from Caltex (Philippines) for delivery to the PAF, PAL and Fairways informing him that aviation gasoline sold to the PAL and Fairways are not exempt from the specific tax.
