April 19, 1965 BIR RULING NO. 023-65 2nd Indorsement Returned thru the Revenue Operations Head (Specific Tax), to the Chief, Tobacco & Miscellaneous Tax Division, the letter of Messrs. Ponce Enrile, Siguion Reyna, Montecillo & Belo, dated January 11, 1965, with the information that the requested certification to the effect that the brands "Windsor", "Peer", "Lux", "Lloyd" Peerless" and "Peerage" are being used as trade marks or are not yet used as such may be issued without violating Section 347 of the Tax Code. However, the names and addresses of the persons or entities using them cannot be divulged, such divulgence being violative of the aforesaid law. aisadc (SGD.) BENJAMIN N.
