Tax Manager Gentlemen : This refers to your letter dated November 25, 1991, in effect requesting for authority to adopt a computer-based accounting system as you are now in the process of computerizing your accounting system which will eventually eliminate the use of the traditional books of accounts. In reply, please be informed that your request is hereby granted subject to the following conditions: iatdc 1. A readable printout of the information/accounting data should be made available or verifiable; and 2.
