Authority to Use Loose-Leaf Books of Accounts

Hotel Filipinas, Dewey Blvd. Manila Gentlemen : Reference is made to your letter dated December 18, 1958, requesting that you be given more time within which to comply with the conditions imposed by this Office in connection with the authority granted you to use loose-leaf books of accounts. In answer thereto, I have the honor to inform you that, it appearing that the reasons advanced by you in support of said request are meritorious, the same is hereby granted. Accordingly, the binding and numbering of the aforesaid books can be done and the required sworn certificate submitted by you later than fifteen (15) days after closing the books of accounts, the period originally set by this Office, but not later than February 15 of each calendar year. aisadc Very truly yours, (SGD.)
