January 10, 1962 BIR RULING NO. 011-62 The Acting Regional Director BIR Regional District No. 1 Baguio City S i r : There is returned to your herewith the letter dated September 30, 1961 of Mr. Donato Ballo of Dalicano, Itugon, Mountain Province, with the information that if, as represented, Mr. Ballo is engaged in the business of buying and selling gold, he is a dealer in securities in accordance with Section 194(r) of the Tax Code, subject to the fixed tax prescribed in Section 182(A)(3)(s) thereof.
