March 19, 1972 BIR RULING NO. 010-72 Forester not subject to occupations tax In reply to your letter dated January 17, 1972, I have the honor to inform you that, as stated in our letter dated January 28, 1970, you are not subject to occupation tax for the reason that your profession as a forester is not among those listed as taxable in Section 182(B) of the Tax Code as amended.
