No date supplied BIR RULING NO. 004-60 Central Azucarera Don Pedro Nasugbu, Batangas Gentlemen : Please be informed that the Calaca FACOMA is a cooperative association duly organized under the provisions of Act No. 3425. It is, therefore, exempt from the 2% tax on the share of its members in the sugar which it caused to be milled by you, pursuant to section 48 of the aforesaid Act, as amended by R. A. No. 702.
