Gentlemen : With reference to your letter dated April 29, 1999 requesting on behalf of your client, Mr. Genaro C. Lualhati, information regarding the status of C.I. No. 66-93, please be informed that we have forwarded to the Secretary of Finance on April 13, 1999 the pertinent papers regarding the said claim, together with the entire docket relative to the internal revenue tax case of Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) covering taxable years 1988 to 1992. Attached is a copy of our said letter dated April 13, 1999 for your guidance and ready reference.
