Fernandez Vice President, Finance Gentlemen : This refers to our letter-ruling, DA-207-98 dated May 26, 1998 denying your request for waiver from the payment of interest on your VAT liability for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1992. cdt In view of such denial, please inform this Office as to whether or not payment of the aforesaid interest has been made and submit to us receipt evidencing said payment in order that this case may finally be considered closed.
