June 28, 1996 BIR RULING [DA-219-96] 2nd Indorsement Returned to the Chief, Systems Acquisition Division, the herein attached Contract of Maintenance of Microcomputers and Peripherals between the Bureau of Internal Revenue and MCL Distributors, Inc., after finding the same to be in order, except for very minor typographical and grammatical errors. It is understood, however, that the figures in the Annexes of the said Contract have been properly reviewed by your Office to avoid any inconsistencies or any probable problems that may arise in relation thereto. cdtech ALICIA P.
