March 23, 1999 BIR RULING [DA-182-99] MEMORANDUM FOR: The Assistant Commissioner Internal Affairs Service (formerly Intelligence and Investigation Service) RE : Anonymous vs . Gorgonia T . Ching, CPL-0-98-2560 This refers to the Indorsement of Mr. Oscar L. Sevilla, Regional Director of Revenue Region No. 7 dated January 6, 1999 which was referred to the Legal Service relative to the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued by the Office of the Ombudsman addressed to the Chief or authorized representative of Special Investigation Division anent the captioned case, directing the said officer to submit to the Fact Finding and Intelligence Bureau of the Office of the Ombudsman, a certified true and clear copies of the letter-report of investigation dated May 7, 1997 and supporting papers as well as all action taken subsequent to the denunciation of the said Gorgonia T. Ching. That the docket of the said case was forwarded to your Office on September 3, 1997.
