August 30, 2001 BIR RULING [DA-147-01] The Regional Director Revenue Region No. 13 Cebu City S i r : This refers to the letter dated July 4, 2001 of Mr. Manuel Ong Roberto Nocos , addressed to you, copy of which was furnished this Office, claiming reward under Section 282(A) of the 1997 Tax Code for having furnished the confidential report/information against FEMANEL Realty and Development Corporation for alleged tax fraud in the payment of capital gains tax, documentary stamp tax and income tax amounting to P22,665,889.76. In the event that you have already collected the aforesaid amount P22,665,889.76, kindly forward to the Law Division, this Bureau, the pertinent papers thereof so that we can act on the reward aspect of the case.
