Inocentes Gentlemen : This refers to your letter dated January 16, 2003 requesting for correction of a typographical error in BIR Ruling No. DA-032-02 dated March 7, 2002, to the effect that Ms. Erlinda Boughton's date of employment is May 1, 2001. In reply, please be informed that this Office takes cognizance of your request and accordingly amends BIR Ruling No. DA-032-02 to the effect that Ms. Erlinda Boughton's date of employment is actually May 1, 2000 and not May 1, 2001. aESICD Very truly yours, (SGD.)
