February 26, 1997 BIR RULING [DA-079-A-97] MEMORANDUM FOR: The Revenue District Officer Revenue District Office No. 39 South, Quezon City In connection with the internal revenue tax case of the Estate of the late Dolores Tinio Nable which is being proposed to be assessed for additional surcharges and interests that were arrived at after a computation upon review of the estate tax due therefrom was made, please be informed that after a careful study of the facts of this case and the law pertinent thereto, this Office has determined that the taxpayer is not liable to the said proposed assessment. aisadc Accordingly, this case is now considered closed and terminated Very truly yours, LIWAYWAY VINZONS-CHATO Commissioner of Internal Revenue
