February 26, 1997 BIR RULING [DA-079-97] The Heirs of Dolores Tinio Nable 63 Esteban Abada Street Loyola Heights, Quezon City 1108 Attention: Ma . Carmina Nable Bengzon Gentlemen : In connection with your letters dated January 6 and 9, 1997 requesting that the proposed assessment against the Estate of your late mother, Dolores Tinio Nable, be cancelled and withdrawn, please be informed that after a careful study of the facts of facts of his case and the law pertinent thereto, this Office has determined that the Estate of Dolores Tinio Nable is not liable to pay the said proposed assessment.
