February 24, 1998 BIR RULING [DA-063-98] 3rd Indorsement Returned to the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 18, Cotabato City, the entire docket bearing on the internal revenue tax case of DILLINGHAM CONSTRUCTION INTERNATIONAL , General Santos City, as requested by that Office, involving the amount of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY-NINE CENTAVOS (P3,937,788.99) representing value-added tax inclusive of surcharges, interest and compromise penalty for the year 1995.
