June 10, 1974 Miss Victoria Ablaza 6 Christian St., Grace Village Quezon City M a d a m : In reply to your letter dated May 15, 1974, I have the honor to inform you that, since you have already availed of the amnesty under Presidential Decree No. 23, as amended, you can no longer be held liable for the payment of the deficiency income tax in the amount of P173,775.57 for the year 1971 which was assessed against you on April 15, 1974.
